These Terms govern your access to websites, games, and services provided by Mythic Crown Studios LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required in your location and have permission from a parent or guardian when required. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login information secure.

Beta and unfinished services

Crownspire may be offered for testing before its public release. Beta features may be incomplete, changed, reset, interrupted, or removed. Progress and availability are not guaranteed during testing.

Acceptable use

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, harass others, impersonate another person, disrupt our services, access them using unauthorized tools, or use them for unlawful purposes. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect players or our services.

Virtual items and purchases

Any virtual currency or items are licensed for use within the applicable service and do not represent real-world property or money. Purchase terms, refunds, and billing may also be governed by the app store used for the transaction.

Intellectual property

Our games, characters, artwork, names, logos, text, software, and other content are owned by Mythic Crown Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or services. We aim to provide a dependable experience, but services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythic Crown Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services develop. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
